Chocolate Zucchini Cake

1/2 cup butter, or margarine
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup sour milk
1 3/4 cups sugar
4 tbl. cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 cups shredded zucchini
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well blended.
Bake at 350 degrees, in a 9 by 13 inch greased pan for 40-45 minutes.
