Traditional Raisin Pie

1 1/2 cup Brown sugar
1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tsp. lemon peel
2 cup water
2 cup chopped raisins
1 uncooked 9-inch pie shell
Mix sugar, flour and salt. Add lemon juice, peel, water and raisins. Cook over boiling water for 15 minutes. When cool, pour into pie shell. Cover with lattice top. Bake 10 minutes at 450*. Reduce heat to 350* for 30-40 minutes. Serve with almond flavoured whipped cream.
