Sugar Cream Pie

1 cup sugar
4 Tbl. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 pt. heavy cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Mix dry ingredients; blend in cream and vanilla. Pour
into an unbaked 9-inch pie shell. Bake at 450 degrees for 35 minutes
or 350 degrees for 1 hour.
The mid-west is still the only place you can find this
pie in a store or restaurant.
