Spiced Pear Pie

2 tbl. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 tsp.lemon juice
3 cans (15-oz.) sliced pears, drained

1 (9-in.) graham cracker pie crust
Preheat the oven to 375°.
In a large bowl, combine sugar, nutmeg and ginger. Add beaten egg, melted butter and lemon juice. Gently fold in pears. Pour into prepared pie crust and bake for 45 minutes or until set and golden on top. Cool on wire rack.
