I Pastry for a one crust pie
1/4 cup orange juice
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 pkg. orange flavored Jello
1 cup hot water
1-8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup heavy cream
Bake pie shell 9-11 minutes until golden brown.(Make a high fluted edge.)
Dissolve gelatin in hot water. With an electric mixer, beat cream cheese until smooth. Beat in sugar, orange and lemon juices. Gradually beat in gelatin mixture. Refrigerate until almost set.
With electric mixer, whip cream. Quickly beat into gelatin mixture. Turn into baked pie shell. Refrigerate until set.
