8 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup eagle brand milk
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 can drained, crushed pineapple
1/2 cup pecans
Blend vanilla, eagle brand milk and lemon juice together until smooth. Blend in crushed pineapple and nuts. Pour into baked pie shell and let set in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Top with whipped cream, which has been blended with 1/2 a can of drained pineapple and 1/2 cup pecans.
