Impossible Custard Pie

In a blender, combine
2 cups milk
1/2 cup flour
1/4 tsp. baking Powder
1/4 tsp. salt
3 tbl. unsalted Butter, softened
4 large eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
sprinkle of nutmeg
Preheat oven to 400.
Blend for about a minute. Place in buttered 9 inch pie plate. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
Bake until knife inserted 1 inch from edge comes out
clean (about 30 minutes)
