Impossible Chocolate Cream Pie

2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/4 cup butter (1/2 stick) or margarine
2 oz. unsweetened chocolate (2 squares) melted & cooled
1 cup Sugar
dash of salt
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 cup Biscuit baking mix
Preheat oven to 350.
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high for 1 minute. Pour mixture into a greased 9" pie plate. Bake for 30 min. or until set. Cool completely before serving. Serve topped with whipped cream.
