2 cups chocolate wafer crumbs
1/3 cup butter, melted
2/3 cup milk
40 large marshmallows
1/3 cup green Creme De Menthe
1/4 cup white Creme De Cacao
5 drops green food coloring
2 cups whipping cream
Combine chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter. Reserve 2 tbl. for topping. Press remainder into a buttered 10 inch pie plate. Bake at 350* for 8-10 minutes. Cool.
In a 3 quart pan over low heat, stir milk and marshmallows until they melt. Cool. Chill for a few minutes until it thickens. Stir until smooth. Stir in liqueurs.
Beat cream until stiff.Fold marshmallow mixture into whipped cream. Fold in food color. Pour into crust. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs. Freeze or chill about 3 hours or until set.
