Chocolate Chess Pie II

1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust
1/2 cup butter
2-1 oz. squares unsweetened chocolate
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt
Preheat oven to 350*.
Melt butter and chocolate in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Stir until smooth.
Combine sugar, eggs, vanilla and salt with a fork until well mixed. Add chocolate mixture to sugar mixture. Stir until well combined. Pour chocolate mixture into piecrust. Bake until pie appears slightly set toward the center, about 35 minutes. Cool completely before slicing.
