24 large marshmallows
1/2 cup cold milk
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 cup Kahlua
1 cup whipping cream
1 chocolate cookie crust
Melt marshmallows in a double boiler with milk and salt. (Or melt in microwave in a glass bowl on high, stirring once or twice until melted). Let cool. Stir in Kahlua. Whip the cream and fold into the marshmallow mixture. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Put in pie shell and freeze. Top with whipped cream.
