2 ripe tomatoes, peeled
1 cucumber, peeled
1/4 cup diced bell pepper
1/4 cup diced onion
1 cup tomato juice
2 tbl. olive oil
1-1/2 tsp. vinegar (red wine best)
Dash Tabasco
Garlic, salt & pepper to taste
Put all ingredients in the blender. Blend and chill. Serve cold. Garnish with celery stick or croutons.
