Lemon Roasted Potatoes

2 tablespoons lemon juice
4 teaspoons olive oil or vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
pepper
6 small red potatoes, quartered
DIRECTIONS:
1. In a medium bowl, combine lemon juice, oil, thyme, garlic salt, and pepper.
2. Add potatoes; toss to coat.
3. Place in lightly greased baking dish.
4. Bake, uncovered, at 450° for 40 minutes or until tender.
