Just add a few ingredients to a regular box of yellow cake mix and you'll have, not only a very flavorful moist cake, but also a great conversation piece.
1 yellow cake mix
1 package (3.5-oz.) instant vanilla pudding mix
1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup chopped nuts, (walnuts or pecans)
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 can cola-flavored soda
4 eggs
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour a Bundt, fluted or tube pan.
In a mixer bowl combine cake mix, pudding mix, coconut, nuts, oil, soda and eggs; mix well.
Pour into a prepared pan. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted in center.
Remove from oven; allow to cool down prior to removing from pan and placing on a wire rack. Sprinkle with powdered sugar or drizzle with melted chocolate.
