3 lbs. frying chicken, cut up
3 tbl. oil
2 cups (2-8 oz. cans) tomato sauce
with cheese
3/4 cup tomato paste
2 tbl. minced instant onion or 1/2 cup chopped fresh onion
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
Brown chicken in oil in a large fry pan. Drain excess oil.
Stir in remaining ingredients. Reduice heat. Cover and simmer 45-50 minutes until tender. Serve over spaghetti or rice is desired.
