Beef Tips and Noodles

This makes a good Sunday lunch. Just start it cooking in the morning, after meat is done, turn down the temp and lunch is ready whenever you are!
1 pkg beef tips
1 envelope beefy onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can beef consume'
1 cup of water
1 cup sour cream
1 pkg egg noodles
pepper to taste
Combine soup mix, soups, sour cream and water in bowl.
In crock-pot or slow cooker, place meat and pour soup mixture over top. Cook on high temperature for 3-4 hours, until meat is very tender.
Prepare egg noodles to package directions.
Serve meat over noodles.
