1 (20 oz.) can pineapple tidbits
2 oranges, peeled and segmented
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 cup grated coconut
Place pineapple in a serving bowl. Sprinkle oranges with lemon juice and add to pineapple; stir gently. Refrigerate covered until chilled. Drain, if desired. Add coconut and stir gently.
