1 pound steak or other lean meat and Garlic powder.
Cut meat into thin strips. Place on a cookie sheet. Dust gently with garlic powder.
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Bake for 20 minutes. Turn meat over and bake for another 20 minutes or until dry looking.
