1 lb ground beef-extra lean
8 eggs
1 cup oat meal
1/2 cup cracker crumbs
Using an electric mixer, blend all
ingredients together until completely blended. Pour into an oblong cake pan sprayed with non-stick spray.
Bake in oven at 350 for 25- 35 minutes.
Allow to cool. Carefully invert on to plate and frost with non-fat sour cream or imitation potato topping.
Store leftovers in refrigerator.
