1-1/4 pounds beef or chicken livers
2 cups wheat germ
2 tbl. whole wheat flour
1 cup cooked barley
2 eggs
3 tbl. peanut butter
1 garlic clove
1 tbl. olive oil
1 tsp. salt
Preheat oven to 350*
Liquefy liver and garlic in a blender. When the mixture is smooth; add eggs and peanut butter. Blend until smooth.
In a separate mixing bowl combine wheat germ, whole wheat flour, and cooked barley. Add processed liver mixture, olive oil, and salt. Mix well. Spread mixture in a greased
9 by 9 inch baking dish.
Bake for 20 minutes or until done. Cut into portion sizes. Freeze or refrigeraet leftovers.
