Zucchini Cookies

1 cup grated zucchini
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 egg, beaten
2 cups flour
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup chopped nuts
1 cup raisins
Preheat oven to 375°. Grease a baking sheet and set aside.
In a bowl combine zucchini with sugar and butter. Add beaten egg. Beat till thoroughly combined. Sift flour, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg and salt. Add to the creamed mixture. Stir in nuts and raisins. Drop by rounded teaspoons 2 inches apart onto baking sheet. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
