1 cup brown sugar
1 egg white, beaten stiff
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 cups pecans
1/4 tsp. salt
Stir brown sugar into the egg white. Add remaining ingredients. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a greased baking sheet. Allow 2-3 pecans per cookie.
'Bake at 250* for 30 minutes. Cool cookies on the baking sheet.
