1 box yellow cake mix
1 egg
1/2 cup butter
3 eggs
1/2 cup brown sugar
1-1/2 cups dark corn syrup
1-1/2 cups ground pecans
Reserve 2/3 cup dry cake mix and set aside. Mix remaining cake mix, 1 egg and butter. Press into a greased and floured 9 by 13 inch. Press dough up and around the sides of the pan.
Bake at 350* for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown. Cool
Mix 3 eggs, brown sugar, corn syrup and reserved cake mix. Spread over cooled crust; add pecans.
Bake at 350* for 30-35 minutes.
