Marshmallow Fudge Bars

3/4 cup flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
2 tbl. cocoa
1/2 cup shortening
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup nuts
miniature marshmallows
Mix all bar ingredients, excluding marshmallows. Place in a greased 9 by 12 pan. Bake at 350* for 20-25 minutes. Remove from oven and cover with mini-marshmallows. Return to oven for 3 minutes. Watch carerfully.
Frosting:
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup chocolate chips or 2 squares chocolate
1/4 cup water
3 tbl. margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 cup powdered sugar
Bring to a soft boil the first 3 frosting ingredients. Let boil for 3 minutes. Add butter and vanilla. Blend in powdered sugar. Let cool 5-10 minutes then frost bars.
