2-1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1-1/2 cup margarine
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
1 Tbl. vanilla extract
2 eggs
2/3 cup chocolate ice cream
2 cups semisweet chips
1-1/2 cups chopped walnuts (opt)
Mix in the ice cream with the wet ingredients, and the cocoa with the dry. Bake at 350* on greased sheets until well set, not until done. This is definitely a do-not-overbake recipe.
