1 pkg. yellow cake mix (pudding included)
1-1/2 cups quick cooking oats
1/2 cup butter
1 egg
Filling:
1/2 cup flour
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineaple, drained
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Topping:
1 cup chopped macadamia nuts
1 cup coconut
Glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
5 tsp. pineapple juice
Preheat oven to 350* Lightly grease a 13 by 9 inch pan.
In a large bowl, combine cake mix, oats, butter and egg, at low speed until crumbly. reserve 1-1/2 cups of the crumb mixture. Press remaining crumb mixture in the bottom of prepared pan. In a small bowl, combine all filling ingredients; blend well. Pour into crust lined pan. Add all topping ingredients to the reserved crumb mixture; mix well.
Sprinkle evenly over the filling. Bake for 30-40 minutes.
In a small bowl, combine powdered sugar and enough pineapple juice to reach a drizzling consistency; blend until smooth. Drizzle over the bars.
