2-1/2 cups cream filled chocolate sandwich cookies about 30
1 cup finely ground pecans
1 cup sifted powdered sugar
1/3 cup Creme De Cacao
2 tbl. dark corn syrup
Sifted powdered sugar
Combine the first 5 ingredients in a medium bowl; mix well. Shape into 1 inch balls. Roll in powdered sugar. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Roll again in powdered sugar before serving.
