Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies (no bake)

1-1/2 cups sugar
3 tbl. cocoa
1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup milk
3 cups oatmeal, uncooked
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Boil sugar, cocoa, margarine and milk for 3 minutes over medium heat. Remove from the heat; add remaining ingredients. Drop from a teaspoon onto waxed paper.
