1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 box vanilla instant pudding
1 can-16 oz. fruit cocktail
2-1/3 cups flaked coconut
2 eggs
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
Glaze:
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup evaporated milk
Combine cake mix, fruit cocktail with syrup, 1 cup of the coconut, and the eggs in a large mixer bowl. Blend; then beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Sprinkle brown sugar over bottom of greased bundt pan. pour batter into bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes, or until cake springs back lightly when touched. Cool 10 minutes,invert onto serving plate.
Bring butter, sugar, and milk to a boil in small saucepan; boil 2 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in remaining coconut. Poke holes in the cake, pour mixture over hot cake
