1 pkg. instant lemon pudding mix
1/2 cup veg. oil
1/2 cup limeade concentrate
1/4 cup water
4 large eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 cup Cuervo Gold tequila
2 tbl. triple sec
TEQUILA LIME GLAZE:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a bundt pan.
Combine cake mix, pudding mix, limeade, water, eggs, tequila, and triple sec in a large bowl.
Beat for 4 minutes at medium speed of an electric mixer. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until cake tests done in the middle.Cool in pan for 15 minutes. Remove from pan.
Spoon tequila lime glaze over cake.
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tbl. tequila
2 tbl. triple sec
2 tbl. lime juice
