Poppy Seed Bundt Cake I

package (18.25 oz) yellow or white cake mix
1 package (3.4 oz) instant coconut cream pudding mix
1 cup water
1/2 cup cooking oil
3 eggs
3 Tbl. poppy seeds
Confectioner's sugar
In a mixing bowl, combine first 5 ingredients and beat on low until moist, then on medium speed for 2 minutes. Stir in poppy seeds. Pour into a greased 10" bundt pan, and bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes or until done. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan. Dust with poedered sugar
Top with Lemon Sauce:
1/2 cup butter
1 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup water
1 egg, beaten
Juice of 1 lemon
Grated rind of 1 lemon
Mix all ingredients in a saucepan and cook just until the sauce comes to a boil.
