Pistachio Cake

0ne box yellow cake mix
1 box pistachio instant pudding
3 eggs
1 cup water
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cups chopped nuts
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Beat at medium speed for about 3 minutes. Pour into greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes, or until cake tests done in the middle.
FROSTING:
1 package Dream Whip
1 package pistachio instant pudding
1-1/2 cups milk
Beat until spreading consistency. Refrigerate the cake
