Mandarin Orange Cake

1 box orange cake mix
1/3 cup sugar
1 cup sour cream
2/3 cup veg. oil
1 tsp. orange extract
4 eggs
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
Glaze:
2 tbl. orange juice
1 cup powdered sugar
Grease and flour a bundt or tube pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine the cake mix, and sugar in a large bowl, add the sour cream, oil, eggs and orange extract. Mix at medium speed for 3 minutes. Add the mandarin oranges and mix by hand til combined.
Pour batter into prepared pan, bake for 45-50 minutes, or until pick inserted into cake comes out clean.
Let cool in pan 15 minutes.
Combine the 1 cup powdered sugar and the 2 tbl. orange juice. Drizzle over the cake.
