German Chocolate Upside Down Cake

CAKE:
1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
1 cup water
1/2 cup sour cream
1/3 cup oil
3 eggs
In a large mixer bowl, combine all ingredients. Beat at low speed until moistened. Beat on high speed for 3 moinutes.
TOPPING:
1/4 cup butter
3/4 cup water
2/3 cup brown sugar
1 cup coconut
1-1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup chopped pecans
In a saucepan over low heat, melt butter with 3/4 cup water. Stir in brown sugar. Pour into ungreased Bundt, or tube pan. Sprinkle coconut pecans, and marshmallows evenly over the top.
Pour batter over the topping mix in the pan. Bake for 45-50 minutes at 350 degrees,or until wooden pick inserted into the cake comes out clean.
