1 package white cake mix
1 package vanilla instant pudding mix
1 1/3 cups water
3 eggs
1/4 cup oil
1/2 tsp. coconut extract
1-1/2 cups flaked coconut
Blend first 6 ingredients 3 minutes at medium speed of an electric mixer. Stir in 1-1/2 cups coconut Bake at 350 degrees in a greased and floured bundt pan 50-55 minutes.
Glaze
1 can sweetened condensed milK
1 cup cream of coconut
Mix ingredients until smooth, poke holes in warm cake, slowly pour mixture over the cake. Sprinkle on coconut
