Chocolate Creme De Menthe Cake

1 box chcoclate cake mix
1 cup water
1/3 cup creme de menthe
1/4 cup creme de cacao
1 small jar chocolate ice cream topping sauce
12 oz. Cool Whip
Grease a 10 inch tube pan
Prepare cake according to directions, except use only 1 cup water, and add 1/3 cup creme de menthe and 1/4 cup creme de cacao.
Cool in pan 10 minutes, and invert onto a serving plate. Allow cake to cool completely.
Mix 1/4 cup creme de menthe with the Cool Whip. Spread on the cake. Drizzle chocolate topping over the cake. Keep refrigerated.
