1 box Duncan Hines Butter Recipe cake mix
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup brown sugar
4 eggs, lightly beaten
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 large can apricots, drained and chopped
2 cups coconut
Grease and lightly flour a tube or bundt pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix cake mix, oil, eggs, sour cream,and sugar.Beat for 3 minutes at medium speed. Add chopped apricots,and coconut. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake about 35- 40 minutes or until cake tests done in the middle.
