Peanut Butter & Chocolate Chip Cheesecake

CRUST:
2-1/2 cups crushed Oreo cookies
1/4 cup melted butter
FILLING:
1 lb cream cheese, room temp
1-1/2 cups sugar
1 cup creamy peanut butter
5 eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
1 cup semisweet mini chocolate chip
TOPPING:
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 up semisweet mini chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350*
CRUST:
Copmbine crumbs with melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
FILLING:
Combine all ingredients, except chocolate chips; blend until smooth. Mix in the chocolate chips,spread into the crust.
Bake until the filling is firm (55-60 MINS.) Let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes before add ing the topping.
Maintain the oven temperature at 350*
Meanwhile prepare the topping.
Blend all of the ingredients;spread over the cheesecake; Bake for 10 minutes more.
Let the cake cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for 3 more hours.
