Crust:
1-1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup butter, melted
Filling
24 ounces cream cheese
1 cup granulated sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
4 eggs
2 tablespoons Midori liqueur
Mix crust ingredients and press in springform pan.
Mix filling ingredients and pour into crust. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees F.
Turn off the oven, prop open the door and let the cheesecake sit until completely cooled. Remove the cheesecake from the oven, loosen the cheesecake from the edge of the pan and refrigerate until ready to serve.
