1 package (16 ounces) frozen unsweetened strawberries, thawed
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1-3/4 teaspoons Equal for Recipes
or 6 packets Equal sweetener
or 1/4 cup Equal Spoonful
Process strawberries in a food processor or blender until smooth. Stir in lemon juice and Equal; refrigerate until serving time.
