This is easy and it's absolutely delicious! It's a terrific beverage to serve at your next holiday party. Recipe is from Ultimate Southern Living.
1 cup Kahlua
1 cup half-and-half
1 pint vanilla ice cream
1/8 teaspoon almond extract
Ice cube
Process all ingredients except ice cubes, in a blender until smooth.
Add ice until the liquid reaches the 5-cup mark on the blender container; process until smooth and serve immediately.
