2 ounces of frozen orange-infused vodka
4 ounces fresh pineapple juice
1 ounce blue curacao
2 fresh pineapple chunks
Shake all ingredients with ice.
Strain and serve in 2 chilled martini glasses straight up and garnish with a pineapple wedge.
