If you want to keep it low fat use skim milk.Or go for it thicker use vanilla ice cream.
1 cup pineapple, cubed
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 banana, cut into 1 inch pieces (fresh or frozen)
1/2 cup skim milk or vanilla ice cream
Put all into a vita mix and blend till smooth and creamy.
