Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor and whir until finely ground. Store in an air tight container.
1/3 cup instant coffee granules
1-1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
1/2 tsp. each vanilla powder, and cinnamon
Mix 1 tbl. into 6 oz. boiling water.
