2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. salt
1 tbsp. alum
3 1/2 tbsp. oil
2 c. boiling water
Mix dry ingredients together. Add oil and boiling water. Mix with a wooden spoon, then knead with hands. Food coloring may be added. Store in plastic bag. Keeps about 1 month.
