Here's another recipe you can make ahead at home and just put on the grill when you get to the campground.
canned corn (drained)
cooked rice
Carving Board Chicken Strips
(grilled or Southwestern flavor)
canned black beans (not drained)
tomato salsa (I prefer Herdez Hot)
salsa verde, green salsa
shredded cheddar cheese
Mix all ingredients, spoon and seal into aluminum foil packets. Seal well and put into Ziploc bags to keep water out while stored in your cooler. At the campground, just place over the grill or campfire to heat.
