1 celery stalk
1 lb. ground beef
3 tbl. instant minced onion
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
16 oz. spaghetti sauce
6 hamburger buns
Wash 1 celery stalk and pinch off leaves. Chop the celery into 1/2 inch pieces on cutting board. Crumble the ground beef into skillet. Cook and stir until brown on all sides, about 10 minutes. Spoon out any fat into grease can. Stir the celery, 3 tablespoons minced onion, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon pepper, and the spaghetti sauce into the ground beef. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Simmer, covered, away from hottest part of the fire for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Spoon the ground beef mixture onto bottom half of each bun and cover with top half. Serves 6.
