1 pound ground beef
1 medium onion chopped
1-10-1/2 can beef consomme
1 1 pound can cream style corn
1 1 pound can lima beans
3 large potatoes, diced
salt and pepper
In a skillet, brown the meat and onion, stirring to chop meat into small granules. Add consomme, potatoes, salt and pepper. Mix well. Cover and cook over low heat for about 25 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender. Add corn and lima beans; heat thoroughly. Stir frequently to keep potatoes from sticking.
Great served around the camp fire with fruit.
