Six or seven oranges
Your favorite gingerbread mix
Hollow out the oranges from the top making sure that you do not cut a hole in the orange (other than the top). Fill the orange halfway to the top with gingerbread batter. Wrap the orange in aluminum foil loosely. Place the aluminum foiled oranges in the coals of the campfire and bake /cook there for approximately 12 minutes or so. Test them to see if the gingerbread is done. If not, place back in the coals and cook a few more minutes. Enjoy
