4 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup water
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup honey
1/3 cup wheat germ
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/4 cup molasses
3 tbl. powdered milk powder
1-1/2 tsp. baking powder
1-1/2 tsp. salt
Mix all ingredients until smooth. Pour into a well greased 8 by 8 by 2 inch baking pan and bake in a 300* oven for 1 hour, or until the bread starts to pull away from the pan sides.
Cut in squares and let stand uncovered overnight to dry a little. Seal in plastic bags. This will keep for weeks without molding or getting stale.
